Did Not Work out Good for Me

I had two rhinoplasties with Dr. Bared, the initial one and the revision a year later. Below you can see what I was left with. He made my nose bigger and more asymmetric than it was before the surgery. I came into the office expressing my concerns and that I was unsatisfied with results but was told that he refuses to go in 3rd time and he sees nothing wrong with my nose. Dr. Bared kept telling me its my thick skin and kept injecting my nose with kenalog to help with swelling. After 2 years of misery I found a surgeon who agreed to fix this for me. I had my cast removed today and actually cried from joy. I was advised that my prior surgeon (Dr.Bared) inserted way too much unnecessary cartilage and this is why my tip of the nose was so big and long.
I am giving two stars and not one because on a personal level he is a great guy, very nice and has good bed manners, but unfortunately I just didn’t get lucky with procedure outcome.

This is a picture of revision with Dr. Ary Krau. It’s only been two days since cast was removed, still very swollen but you can already see the difference. Closed rhinoplasty was performed. Dr. Krau removed all the unnecessary cartilages.
