Wonky Nose and Uneven Nostrils

I’m almost 12 months post-op and genuinely depressed over my nose. I’ve been patient to see full results but feel like now I need a revision.

My nostrils are extremely uneven and my septum looks SO wonky head on. Surgeon is now ignoring my messages and I’m unsure what to do? Any advice would be so very much appreciated!
