Unfortunately did not work out

Sadly i can say my revision with doctor reish was not a success. I had revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Reish 14 months ago. My first procedure was done by a different doctor and gave me good results which unfortunately only lasted two years. I was hopeful at first after my procedure with Dr.Reish. But i never reached great results as the swelling came down. It once again regressed. I’m not going to put photos here but if anyone wants to reach out to me i will provide some. Honestly i do not blame Dr. Reish for not being able to fix my complex problem. I severely broke my nose as a child while playing sports. The bone and the cartilage in my tip was left crooked. My advice to anyone considering this procedure, spend at least one year thinking it over before you do anything. This is a big risk. Its not a joke. I was badly disfigured by an accident but if i could go back i think i’d choose the natural break i had rather than this unnatural look i have now. Even though there was a two year span for me after my first surgery where i looked very good. What really sucks about where i am at now is depending on the lighting and the angle i’m looked at, i either look very good or noticeably deformed. It’s not fun having girls approach me and then avoid eye contact with me after they notice one side of my nose is essentially collapsed. All that being said, I do think Dr. Reish is much more skilled than the average plastic surgeon. However, throughout the process with him I did get a sense he was being fake. After my surgery as I was waking up I clearly heard him in the next rook over speaking poorly about a patient to his staff. Additionally, he asked me if he could post pictures of me on his website which i kindly told him i was uncomfortable with. He then told me he would blur out my face and just leave my nose, which i agreed to. I signed something very quickly, and Dr. Reish proceeded to post my pictures on both his website and Instagram page. I did not agree with the instagram post but what bothered me more was the principle. But guess what bothered me the most? If you notice, on most of his posts he offers the frontal view and both profile views. In my case he only put my side profiles because my frontal view often looks worse than it did before surgery. Please Dr. Reish, you’re lying to people. Once again, i think Dr. Reish is very capable of giving great results. I might even recommend him to a friend in need because i think there are a lot of other doctors who would’ve butchered my nose compared to what he did. But still, i’ve lost a lot of faith in the reconstructive plastic surgery industry. They say you want to find someone who performs these surgerys multiple times every day. But then you just end up another number and paycheck to these people. I don't blame Dr. Reish for not being able to help me. But some of the things I experienced with him i found slightly disturbing.

I grew up with a severely broken nose from multiple sports injuries. Unfortunately, my first surgeon left me with a deformity and my confidence shattered. Then I found Dr. Reish, who was able to fix my deformity and restore my confidence. If you’re considering this surgery, please choose Dr. Reish. As a 22 year old man, this was the best decision of my life.
