Rhinoplasty with Dr. Grigoryants Finally...

today is day 2 of recovery. I got out of the hospital at 4:00 pm yesterday. No pain, just discomfort thank god. the only pain i have is a slight headache that feels sorta like a head cold and my throat hurts a little. Im still getting used to breathing through my mouth but sometimes i forget which isnt good cuz breathing through my nose will mess up my stitches i believe. Sleeping last night was awful. MAYBE got 3 hours in... I have to sleep sitting up with a neck pillow and i stacked about 3 pillows behind me. My back hurts a lot & everytime id fall asleep id wake myself up breathing through my nose. not sure what to do about that cause i gotta sleep. :/ Besides that, everything has gone perfectly! I can already tell ill love the shape of my nose & the bruising isnt very bad at all. Ill update in a few days!

Got my cast removed this morning & it was totally painless! it actually felt good when he removed the splints. swelling in my face is starting to go down but i still look like a chipmunk right now. I have that “avatar” look where the bridge of my nose is very swollen & fat. im super congested and cant really breathe but i know thatll get better as time goes by.

bruising & swelling on my face are finally going away. Im still very swollen in between my brows. Nose is slightly sore to touch. breathing is improving ever so slightly everyday. AND im finally sleeping!!! the stitches in my nose hurt a little when i go in to clean but i think thats normal. Im hoping my tip will drop a little bit as time goes by so its not so turned up
