Will Not Recommend

I am very sad to be writing this review as I personally found Dr. Sultan to be a very nice, caring and a humble man. Unfortunately, I did not get the results of my septo-rhinoplasty to my satisfaction ( both functional and cosmetic). I had surgery in January 2020 to conservatively improve the aesthetics of my nose as a well as breathing issues. After the surgery, I saw no improvement in my dorsal bump. I believe osteotomies were needed in my case and the Dr. did not call for that on the operating table. Throughout my follow up sessions, Dr. Sultan assured me that he will give me a final outcome to my satisfaction. After an unsuccessful in office rasping procedure, he suggested another rasping procedure to rectify the bump. However, my consultations with other surgeons in the area suggested that a simple rasp wasn't going to give me the desired results. I was never shown my before and after photos. I personally felt deceived and cheated. He wanted me to believe that my bump has improved, even though it didn't and nothing was changed. He NEVER took any accountability of not providing the final outcome to my satisfaction as he promised during my follow up sessions. Instead, he wanted me to believe that the results were what I wanted. He never even offered a revision other than a rasp which made things even worse when done the first time around. Overall, I was very disappointed in my results and his way of handling me post-op. If he had been honest with me, I would have happily given him a second chance. I ended up seeking a revision with another doctor and I got the results I wanted ( both cosmetic and functional)
Dr. Sultan is a very nice, kind and a gentle man but unfortunately, he failed to give me satisfactory results.
