Weird Calcification

Can someone please explain why there is more swelling on my right side than left? It’s been about 10 months since my first rhinoplasty. I do like how it looks straight on and from both sides of my profile. It is this one angle that makes my nose look like a potato. I’ve gone in since and received a steroid injection on the area that looks inflamed. It did not help. I am going back again in a month and assume I will receive another steroid injection. Is there hope? Or should I start consulting with another doctor? I never asked for a doll nose but I definitely didn’t ask for this. Just wanted something straight.

I mean the picture says enough. I have a potato for a nose. I don’t know what the bump on the side is and it’s flat on the other side of the tip. It looks awful and is just frankly weird looking. I’m embarrassed to go out in public.
