My rhinoplasty was way overdue

My rhinoplasty was way over due. I broke my nose at a younger age and stayed with a huge bump and a deviation (never bullied thank god). It wasn't till 18, when I decided to start looking for doctors. I visited some of the most renowned doctors in Miami and was never convinced to proceed with this surgery. After all, it was my face and wanted to get it right the first time.
Fast forward to 26 and began to look again for the perfect doctor. After visiting a few doctors and really doing my research, I came across Dr. Altman. From the first visit, I knew this was going to be my surgeon. I am obsessed with my new nose and I would hands down do it all over again just because my recovery process went so smooth. Recovery has everything to do with how your surgeon works on you and he did a phenomenal job! I never bruised, and went to work on my 6th day without a problem.
It was a painless procedure (more uncomfortable than pain) and I was able to do most things on my own. If you're thinking about getting a rhinoplasty, do it with Dr. Altman! You won't be disappointed!!

Amazing results! What pre and post surgery advice were you given to ensure minimal swelling and bruising?
Thank you! The main thing is Ice! I was constantly icing the first 3 days and using the arnica ointment. I would also clean the inside of my nose with a q-tip dipped in hydrogen peroxide diluted in water so I didn't get so many bloody scabs
How much was your rhinoplasty? I don't need major work and I feel like more than 5,500 for my nose is a lot because It's mostly tweaking the tip and not breaking bones etc
