Wow I never thought this day would come. I've wanted a nose job for over a decade. This is truly a dream come true and I hope my nose comes out as expected or at least better then what it looked like before. My cast does look crooked but I'm guessing that's bc my nose was swollen when he put it on. Pics of my nose a couple hours after surgery.

Swelling has been pretty bad. Had a feeling I was going to get like this. My nostrils look really uneven and my nose is going to one side. Is this bc of swelling or should I be concerned?

Right now you are very swollen. Wait for two months. It will take more than a year for all the swelling to go away.

Yes you're right! I got my cast off today and my nostrils are a lot less swollen. I feel so much better

It’s really early to tell. Hopefully it gets better every day. Once you get your cast removed you’ll know a little better how it turned out. Please update us after your cast removal

Got my cast removed today so far I'm pretty content. We'll just see how it goes from here

I would speak to ur dr and tell
Him your concerns
I will be honest your nostril is bigger than the other and although there is and will be swelling you can tell

I talked to him already although I didn't ask him any questions about my nostrils bc I was just desperate to get out of there due to how bad I felt, I am pretty pleased with how my nose looks so far

Im about 10 days out of mine and mine is straightened but wider. Day 5 or 6 I at least felt a lot better. Im surprised how sore it is almost 2 weeks out

I have heard that happens especially to those of us who had our dorsal hump removed. Hope you like your results!

I can’t breathe at all and it sucks so much considering I have really bad anxiety. Hoping this goes away sooner than later but so far I like what I see. I haven’t seen my nose without the tape though. Also I am still very swollen from my face!

Why are you able to breathe? Can you use Afrin to help breathing?

My nose is still extremely stuffed and yes I can. I am not too sure if I can start using it already?? I forgot to ask the doctor that but I'll call tomorrow. I can't blow my nose till a week from now either

I want to do it to. When did you have your surgery ? And how long have your nose been stuff for? I had one years ago but my surgeon sucked . I did not like the results. He let me use Regular Afrin and it helped a lot at that time.

I got it done last Thursday. My nose has been stuffed since it's so bad that I can't sleep at all. Hope this goes away soon bc it's honestly the worst thing ever

Do you have gauzes in your nose ? I think Afrin will help tremendously. Thank you for sharing your journey

It's normal not to ba able to breathe, the first 2 weeks after taking the cast off.
But I am sure it will get better with the time especially when the swollen dissolve.
I hope you see good results in the near future. I am already seeing a beautiful profile due the last pictures you added.

I paid a few days prior due to the virus and bc I wasn't allowed to pay till my covid results came but I seen you have to pay the full amount a month in advanced
