Unsure. Still swollen, not even 90 days post-op yet. I found Dr. Grigoryants after searching for many months. I had a rhinoplasty several years ago on my already small nose. Dr. Grigoryants portfolio was the exact "style" that I wanted. Traveled to California from Pennsylvania. Had a pleasant flight there and back and stayed at a fabulous AirBnb in very close proximity to the hospital. Recovery was very easy. Tip was raised and pig-like for maybe a week or two. Now I am just left with residual swelling. I cannot wait for it to go down so I could finally see my result! As of now, I am happy as long as it still narrows out and refines significantly. Slight nostril issue, but nothing serious, could be fixed with filler if still apparent when recovery is complete. I am very vain and probably spend too much time in the mirror (haha) The nose does not photograph well! Especially not on my iPhone. I will try to take pictures reflecting how it actually looks or will wait until I am recovered.

Nose is still quite swollen especially at the tip. April 9 will be 5 months. I cannot believe it is still swollen. I still tape at night. Last week developed a little irritation inside of my nostril and it really blew up. Overall, from what I could see.. I like my result, but I am so distressed the swelling is taking so long. I am definitely not going to notice my result for close to 1 year totally. Which is advised, but was hoping for faster result. I have yet to take pictures I really like. Have to have passport photos in about 2-3 weeks maybe I will post those.

Not worth it

Went to Vladimir Grigoryants for rhinoplasty. Not happy with final result anymore. I hate how these doctors blame everything on swelling. It is no longer swollen. I do not have a bad result, but not thin like I wanted. Not worth the money.

Hi Caprice, sorry to hear you are not happy. What exactly you don't like? Mine is better than before the surgery but not a beautiful nose that many of his patients get. I don't like my nostrils and columella. I would like to visit him in February and see if he can do any adjustments.

Dr G sometimes has a habit of overshortening the columella which reveals nostril asymmetry, and sometimes using thick spreaders. I’ve had this problem, not with Dr.G but with another surgeon. This is why I didn’t choose G for revision.
