Very Impressed So Far!

So far extremely impressed! I've been on several "virtual consultations" with all of the "big name" celebrity surgeons. With most, I felt like they were reading off a script, and I had to articulate many times what changes I wanted to see in my nose and didn't feel "heard" overall. Thier morphs looked very cookie cutter. For me, I feel like since a cosmetic surgeon practices both an ART and a SCIENCE - they should inherently know what would look best given my anatomy and ratios, etc. but of course always take into account patient preferences :) I've found Dr. Portuese's office staff to be very friendly and responsive. They turned around my morphed consultation images within 24 hours! The morphs addressed all the issues I wanted corrected without me having to say one word. I officially "virtually" meet with the doctor to complete the virtual consultation process next week, but so far, I am definitely feeling like this might be "the one." I love the fact he has so many before and after pictures and uses a MD anesthesiologist. Will keep posting my journey here as I go along if I do end up selecting him as my surgeon. My morhped images reminded me of Angelina Jolie from the front and Kate Middleton from the side. I have a crooked nose, with an amorphous/bulbous tip, droopy nose which is more pronounced when smiling and a slight dorsal hump.
