Nose is extremely turned up, nostrils show when I smile & I have no tip

I'm over six months post-op now so decided it's time to write my review. Dr. Kassir completely destroyed not only my nose but my self-esteem and confidence too. Going to Dr. Kassir for my rhinoplasty is one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I've already started looking at doctors for my revision, which unfortunately I cannot get done for another year. My nose was not bad before, it just drooped when I smiled which I didn't like. I told Dr. Kassir that I wanted minimal change and natural results. I got the EXACT OPPOSITE of that. He shortened my nose so much that it's extremely turned up now, my nostrils show when I smile and I have no tip. I am botched. This has been the worst experience of my life. I've spent countless nights crying about what has happened to my face. I've avoided friends and family because of this as well. Dr. Kassir did not listen to my wishes at all.. instead he did his "signature" turned-up, plastic-looking nose. The reason I chose him because I did see pictures of noses I liked - hindsight is 2020 and I realize now he is just great at social media. I noticed afterwards looking through is instagram that he really does have a signature nose, and unfortunately he gave me that instead of listening to my wishes. My nose is now extremely pointy and defined.. it just looks "done". Our visit before surgery was so quick and he told me what HE thought what looked good. I corrected him on what I actually wanted, but he did what he wanted anyway. This whole experience has been horrible. I've had to go on anxiety medication because of the distress I've experienced. My nose will never be the same even after a revision. I paid $26k for this and will have to dish out another $10k-$15k for a revision. I would avoid this doctor at all costs.
