Dr. G preformed my rhinoplasty in July 2020. I wanted a cute, upturned nose with small nostrils and small tip. I chose Dr. G because I loved his work and I still do but I guess I was a difficult case because my nose came out nothing like I wanted. It's asymmetrical as my left nostril is smaller than my right nostril. Cartilage is poking from the left side of the tip. My nose has a bulbous tip and blends in with my nostrils. I am hoping to get a revision rhinoplasty within the next couple of years.

I have the same problem. My doctor performed a revision surgery and I’m unhappy with it. He told me revisions are very difficult. He is working with me, though, to do another surgery. I certainly hope he can do what I want.

Check out Dr James Pearson in Hermosa Beach CA. He is amazing and only does Faces. He did a facelift on me and also does great nose surgeries.

Kenalog injection

I visited Dr. G on 1/11 for a post-op appt. The tip of my nose was injected with steroid kenalog. The swelling has gone done significantly and I have to say my nose looks more symmetrical now.
