Unhappy with asymmetry and large nostrils

Almost 2 years….

Almost 2 years since my rhinoplasty. I don’t think it’s going to look any better at this point, or any worse than it does either, thank god. Currently looking into surgeons for revision rhinoplasty. Will post when I pick one.

Kenalog injection
I visited Dr. G on 1/11 for a post-op appt. The tip of my nose was injected with steroid kenalog. The swelling has gone done significantly and I have to say my nose looks more symmetrical now.

I have the same problem. My doctor performed a revision surgery and I’m unhappy with it. He told me revisions are very difficult. He is working with me, though, to do another surgery. I certainly hope he can do what I want.
Same problem. Did you get is fixed?
Check out Dr James Pearson in Hermosa Beach CA. He is amazing and only does Faces. He did a facelift on me and also does great nose surgeries.
