Is the new nose aesthetically better than the old one? Yes. Is it what I expected? No. There are no significant improvements in breathing.
The good - overall aesthetically better, doctor has good bedside manners
The not so good - unnatural look, left and right nostrils are uneven in size now, right ala is collapsed more inwards than the left, doctor did not communicate much on expectations prior to procedure.

I'd be grateful for what your dr did for you. Bump is gone wasn't that your goal? I don't think you have anything to worry about. Swelling will take a while to completely go
away. In a couple of months it will look even better. Just give it time. I think it looks fabulous already.
