Not a Good Experience

I had rib cartilage rhinoplasty in 2022 and it was slightly slanted towards one side on day 1 post op. It has been more than 2 years for now. As you can see from the pictures, the silhouette of the rib cartilage on my nose bridge is kinda obvious, it doesn’t look natural at all and warped even a little more. The rib cartilage bridge looked very obvious under the light in real life. Furthermore, my smile has become ugly as a result of the graft on the nose tip, my teeth don’t show as much as they used to be.
