I have never been treated with so much kindness, understanding and respect as I have at Berkeley. It is a team full of professionals, from receptionists, to nurses to doctors. I was simply amazed at their skills and how lovely they were. They kept in touch with me all the way throughout - from before my surgery to after my surgery, offering aftercare guides and help that I simply would not have received anywhere else. I would do it all over again to be honest, because the experience was lovely. I literally have nothing to complain about, even if I tried. Special thank you to all the nurses, Dr Shoaib, Dr Armstrong and Sanjay - you have been incredible. I am so grateful for my results and the whole service. I would also like to thank Niya from Clinical Relations - you have always answered any queries that I had and kept me updated and were just simply lovely and caring which I really needed during this experience.
