Hate my ugly nose from Grigoryants

I had my surgery on January 3rd at the Physicians Adventist Surgery Centre. I flew from Vancouver on January 2nd, took a Lyft from LAX, checked into my Airbnb and went to my pre-op. I was the only patient and I did not feel rushed. I told Dr G what I did not like about my nose - asymmetry in the tip, high bridge and big nostrils. He agreed with all my concerns and told me that he can improve my nose but it is not going to be completely symmetric. He took lots of pictures with his camera and told me that he would see me in the morning. After the appointment I walked to CVS and Vons to buy groceries and some supplies. In the evening I cooked chicken soup for me to eat after the surgery and prepared myself for the important day. Surprisingly, I had a good sleep and woke up just before my alarm clock rang at 5:30 am. I took a shower and washed my hair with Dial antibacterial soap and got a lyft ride to hospital. I had to be at the hospital at 6:30 am. I will write in detail later but just want to say that all went well and I woke up after the surgery feeling fine. They told me that when i wake up to remember to breath through my mouth and that some people almost have a panic attack when they cannot breath through the nose and they forget to breath through the mouth. I was surprised that I could breath from my nose (but that changed in several hours). i was feeling fine - no nausea, no pain. I only took 1 Norco before going to sleep as a preventive measure. I took some extra strength Tylenol on day 2 and 3 as had some burning sensation in my tip. The recovery is not bad at all but I look horrible - very badly bruised (despite Arnica and Bromelain) not only under my eyes but also in my lower face. My lower face is swollen and distorted. Tomorrow morning is my cast removal and I am flying back home in the evening. I am really worried how to go in public looking like this. I am not posting pictures just yet as feeling very self conscious but will do so later when I am comfortable.

My cast was removed yesterday, January 7. I looked very piggy but I was happy to see a straight nose with a symmetrical tip! I love my profile already. I am posting a picture.
My flight was in the evening and I was very nervous. I still had oozing from my nose and I had to have a gauze pad under my nose. I looked scary! I sprayed Afrin into my nose and I was chewing gum during take-off and landing. Dr G gave me instruction what to do if I start bleeding but luckily it did not happen. The immigration officer asked me too many question and looked in my passport like 5 times lol.
I am so happy to be back at home. My breathing is a bit better today but I am feeling a bit tired and I have no appetite which is very unusual for me. I am taking my last antibiotic pill today and I am very happy about it because it has been giving me lots of abdominal issues.

My nose was not completely horrible but it was big for my face and it was curved to the right side and making my right nostril almost twice bigger than the left.
