Horrible experience

I am leaving out certain details of my procedure and who I am on purpose so that this stays anonymous. I was reluctant to post anything about my experience for quite a while (years), but I no longer care about the repercussions or think there is room for retribution. 
I had a rhinoplasty with this doctor (I am leaving out a lot, there was much more to it but then I would be identifiable). It was too much for this doctor to take on and he knew it, I only met him once via video call before what should have been a major reconstruction. He should have known the moment I walked in that he could not do this, he did not set enough time for this surgery, that it should have been canceled or rescheduled (or he should have revised me against it). 
I came from far away, traveled in for it. I was young, immature, but am paying the price. My nose is disfigured and hanging off my face, I can't even breathe or smile normally. Yes, a rhinoplasty caused all of this. I do not have the money to fix it now or probably ever as I have hit great financial hardships, but am stuck hiding constantly with this. 
There is more to the experience than this but it has traumatized me greatly and I have seen medical health professionals constantly for psychological help pretty much since the procedure. He absolutely took advantage and wanted the money. You ruined my life and my face, but I guess it's my fault for getting myself into this so I am just as much to blame. It's not just the cosmetic results of this procedure that made it traumatizing. I have said all I have to say, and will not comment any further.
