When rhinoplasty turn into a nightmare

Hello everyone, I would like give you some news and just to talk a bit about my botched surgery.
I had surgery with Olivier Gerbault more than 1 year ago and I would like to share my experience now.
When I wanted to do my revision I wanted someone that could make a result that would be natural and I tought It would be the last surgery if I did it with the "best".
Actually this surgery is a total nightmare. A huge waste of money, and my life at the same time.
I would like again to warn you about this surgeon and recommand you to avoid him.
He's not an human. I travelled from another country, I spend time to earn the money, I gave all of my trust to someone that don't care about you as a person but as €.
My nose is still very long, the columella is 1,2 cm large instead 0,5 to average people.
My nose is twisted and looks very fake due to the graft in bloc. My nose looks square because rib graft edge are showing trough the skin because Olivier Gerbault didn't used DCF like he firstly said.
To resume, he's far to be a good surgeon or good person and I'm not a isolated case, he has botched so many people.
His notoriety is only based on lies and his son writing false rewied make you think he's good, that's also why he disabled Google Reviews after his son goes on a famous French Tv Show where we could do what he's really doing : making false reviews, facebook groups and others manipulation.
With all elements and others things that I have in my possession I wrote a letter for the French College of Physicians and Surgeons and I'm filling a case against him, the letter will be sent in few days. I swear this is not the end, even if I have to raise to money and bring him in justice it'll be done.
For all the people that he destroyed their lifes. "Precision under the mm", "Perfect result", "Best surgeon" all that words used to desribe him was just a lie.
Well another part is my next surgery.
I saw severals surgeon since this bad surgery and they where speechless seing my previous result and now.
Even others surgeons are making fun of his job seing how much this is bad.
All surgeon that I saw told me that my case will be extremly hard and that rib graft cannot be removed as easily as I could think.
To be honest, no surgeon that I currently saw agree to remove it completly has it could cause my nose to be worse.
Never Olivier Gerbault told me that graft that he would put in my nose was irremovable. That's also why I tought adding graft wasn't something serious
and could still be removed in case I have a problem, but it's totally false.
I had surgery schreduled in 15 days but I canceled it.
I don't want to make again a mistake as I don't have much more chance to solve my case.
I would like to remove all or atleast 80% of what he has adding to my nose. I completly lose hope of having one day my nose fixed again.
Each days I regret to have trust him and would like to erase this f*cking day.

Regardez bien la méthode pour faire penser que son résultat est bon, ça crée des faux comptes juste pour commenter mes photos et dire soit disant que c'est mieux, gros fdp
I also had a horrible experience with Dr. Gerbault. I had surgery July 2019. I had a horrible recovery, and my nose shifted constantly. He touched my septum and ruined it when he said it didn’t need to be touched. He didn’t do anything I was hoping for in my results. I had breathing problems after, mt nose was aesthetically unappealing. At home in NYC, I visited many many doctors to get a revision. Most declined bc it was too complex. I found Dr. Reish, a life saver. He specializes in revisions. He has worked on cases of people who have had 8-9 rhinoplasties. He said for only having one previous surgery, Dr. Gerbault did a LOT of damage. I just had my revision this week and am still recovering, but already so happy with the results and the support from the team. I want to sue Dr Gerbault for lying and providing misinformation about what he was going to do to mg nose and what he had actually done. He should NOT be allowed to do this to anyone else. I suffered for 3 years with anger and insecurities because of the shit job he did. Now I’m finally happy by going to a specialist who was able to help and fix the damage he had done. We should collectively fight against him. There’s too many of us.

Ma rhinoplastie ratée avec le Dr Gerbault : +10 mois post-op
Nous voici maintenant à plus de 10 mois post-op.
Ceux qui en doutaient encore, mon nez est toujours très laid et raté. Le Dr Olivier Gerbault a menti lors du rendez-vous de contrôle qui a eu lieu aux 3 mois, lui qui disait que c'était très loin du résultat final n'essayait qu'une chose, se couvrir.
J'imagine difficilement comment on peut avoir aussi peu d'humilité et reconnaître ses fautes, surtout lorsque la vie des gens et leur bien être en dépend autant. Mon nez de face est tordu du fait de la greffe, la greffe, ma columelle est extrêmement LARGE et pendante (long nez). Je ne saurais qu'une fois de plus ne pas vous recommander ce mégalomane qui aura d'ailleurs très bientôt des comptes à rendre à la justice car je ne vais pas le laisser s'en tirer à bon compte après m'avoir potentiellement ruiné la vie et ruiné le porte-monnaie.
Récemment, les greffes ajoutés à ma columelle ont générés de l'inflammation du fait de leur largeur excessive excarnant une pression trop importante sur la peau.
Je vous laisse quelques photos pour admirer le travail du "Meilleur chirurgien spécialisé en Rhinoplastie"
Ré opération prévue, plus de détails bientôt.

I will upload more pics soon so you will be able to see more of my result before and after. I will also make an update because I've planned to remove grafts so you'll be aware if removal of grafts will make my nose normal again. I reuploaded one picture that I added to my review but deleted when I tried to crop it... Look how thin was my columella and not hanging at all

Je vais poster d'autres photos plus tard, vous pouvez voir sur cette image d'avant opération, à quel point ma columelle était fine et ne tombait pas.
Why did you get surgery? You wanted a bigger nose?.. It looked great before
Hello I did the surgery to my slighty scooped bridge on profil view and I wanted a little bit higher profile. I did not expected that kind of bad changes.

How are they supposed to add height? I heard it can be done with cartilage?
Thanks for your support. Yes I know swelling can make difference but in my case, my columella is droopy and won't elevate alone. In addition to that the septal extension graft used to support my tip is way too large and will not change much... I planned to do revision at 1 year mark to remove the maximum of cartilage added
He added atleast 2 types of cartilage. Septal Extension Graft & Onlay rib graft
The result is a shame, now I have to remove everything and pray for things to comes to normal because I'm left disfigured

Also you should wait for all the swelling to go down before getting a revision. That means more than a year. My nose was swollen after surgery for at least 2 years. And then i could see the bridge was lower than what i wanted.
