I have wanted a rhinoplasty since I can remember

I have wanted a rhinoplasty since I can remember. I have always been bullied for my nose. I searched high and low for the best surgeon. I’m from Lexington and had multiple consultations with local surgeons, surgeons in Louisville, Cincinnati, and New Albany. After meeting with countless surgeons, Dr. Chatham is who I chose. From our very first meeting he put me at ease. He’s easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable and realistic. I wanted my nose to look exactly like my original nose just smaller in every way. That is literally word for word what I told him and that is exactly what he delivered. People can’t tell I had my nose done. They just look at me baffled and tell me I look fantastic. I have had quite the glow up since these before pictures. The only things I have changed was my nose and added lip fillers and tattooed eyebrows. I have also lost 60 lbs. It was a very slow process for the swelling to go down that included a couple steroid injections, but they were a breeze. The procedure itself was not painful AT ALL. I had no leaking from my nostrils, very little bruising and swelling. I had an open rhinoplasty. I have no regrets.
