Thick-skinned bulbous nose to my Dream Nose!!

Saw Dr Tamplen for another kenalog shot, I'd say we've done about 7 or 8 kenalog sessions. Thick skinned noses heal best with a series of kenalog injections in my opinion but make sure your surgeon is as skilled as Tamplen and be vocal about needing the injections, I was. :) And now my nose swelling is down due to the injections and the work that Tamplen has done can really shine through.

Went in for a few weeks. Due to my very thick skin I was given another steroid shot to further define my nose. I also hated how my thick skin bunched on the sides of my gorgeous nose so Dr T suggested we try a few botox injections to see if that helps. Still love my cute nose. I'm so much more confident in myself. :)

Today Tamplen wanted to see the progress from the steroid injection 2 months ago to speed healing and help with the swelling at the tip of my nose. I could both see and feel my nose get even smaller! It was about 2 weeks after the injection that I saw the shape change. I was amazed as I was honestly already thrilled with my new nose and couldn't believe it got even cuter. Today Dr Tamplen was super happy with my final results and so am I!

You can totally see here how the tip is much more refined! Question: do you still have swelling/bumps on the inside of your nose? I'm 3 months post and I can stell feel weird ridges and bumps there.

Hi, your nose looks fantastic. I’m curious because most of the rhinoplasty I see done are on 20 something year-old patients and you look like me not 20 something and still interested in getting a rhinoplasty done.
You are correct. I had surgery at 52 year old. :)
