Thick ethnic skin - nose now shorter, wider with no dimension outwards

I want to preface this by saying that this review is based on my results and not Dr. Z himself. To start Dr. Z is one of the most humble and nicest doctors. I waited two years to leave a review because I wanted to give my nose the chance to heal properly, being that Dr. Z said I had thick ethnic skin (I am Latina). I was even on Accutane within those two years for my acne, which Dr.Z said would help shrink the skin on my nose. To start I did not have a "bad" nose to begin with. I just wanted to tweak a couple of things on my nose which I thought would help balance my features overall.
I am writing this review not to slam Dr. Z but to remind girls that surgery is not a drawing board. No matter what is shown to you on the 3-D modeling there is no guarantee that your nose will actually look like that out of surgery. With that being said if I had the opportunity to have not had my nose done knowing the results, I would have not gotten it done. My nose went from an "okay" nose to another "okay" nose. I'm am not overly happy with my results. If you are somewhat happy with your nose I would advise you not to touch it. In trying to fix slight asymmetries in my nose, new insecurities came about.
For example, I felt my nose was slightly long and crooked, and we even talked about reducing a tiny bump on one side of my profile that was probably only visible to a rhinoplasty doctor. My nose is now shorter but also now wider, and with no dimension outwards. I'm not exactly sure what happened but the bump that was almost nonexistent is now more prevalent on both profiles. The front of my nose is my least favorite since my nostrils were brought in, my nostril holes are now pointy and triangulated. There is also this big ball of cartilage at the tip of my nose which I believe was supposed to turn into a tip break but never happened.
I do want to mention that Dr. Z was very patient with me and listened to all of my concerns and kept reassuring me that my skin would eventually shrink and have a more refined look. In every appointment, he would always reassure me that it was only a matter of time before I started liking my new nose more. I waited two years (almost now 3) for my nose to start looking more like the 3D modeling photo and it just never came. He applied filler to the area of my nostrils which I felt were pointy which I have to say improved it a lot but not entirely. In one of our meetings he himself pointed out that the bump was more prevalent, but what could he do now my nose was already shut close :( I feel like I was given false hope for two years. By now my nose has reached its final shape, and I have to say I'm disappointed with my results. I think Dr. Zoumalan can listen to your concerns forever but once the surgery is done it's done and the options are very limited to what can be done to fix it.
I had felt very confident in choosing Dr.Z to do my nose based on all the positive reviews and even his nurse reassured me that he was a perfectionist just like me. He was also very honest from the beginning and told me that he could tell I was very picky and that no matter what I would not be happy with my results. I asked him before surgery if he can at least guarantee that he could get pretty close to the 3d modeling and he said he was 99% sure but that just did not happen for me. I don't feel like he lied I just don't think my nose was one of his best works like others I have seen on his before and afters. Which kills me to say because he is so nice. I do however have to be honest because this is not only a large financial investment but your nose is the centerpiece of your face. This review is for the girls who don't 100% hate their noses. Dr.Z has I'm sure performed some of the best nose jobs ever but mine for some reason did not turn out. Since I am typing this quickly on my laptop I will upload photos later from my phone.
