Terrible Consultation

Was referred by a well known Dutch Dr for Ethnic Rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage. My consultation was late (completely understandable as these things sometimes happen) however he offered a feeble apology for running late and exhibited questionable manners during consultation: rolling eyes, giving an exasperated sigh, etc when I asked questions. I was so shocked when he told me he didn't particularly advertise his services to people of African descent when I asked why he didn't use the word "Ethnic Rhinoplasty" on his website so he appeared on search engines for surgeons in London who performed Ethnic Rhinoplasty, as I had never heard of him for the last four years which I have been researching Ethnic Rhinoplasty in the UK. I then wondered to myself what exactly I was doing in this clinic. Furthermore prior to booking this consultation I had been told by his PA he had done "extensive work on African nose" and would be shown pictures of his work during the consultation. To my horror I was shown just one picture of an Afro Caribbean male's rhinoplasty as he spent the time showing me pictures of Caucasian rhinoplasties. Truly baffling. His website mentions examination of the nose with an endoscope and computer generated imagery to see what your results may look like. The PA also confirmed this computer generated imagery. However what they fail to mention is this is at the second consultation as I got the impression this was at the initial consultation. Thus bearing little regard to individuals who do not reside in London.To cap it off I had contacted the clinic specifically mentioning I require a rib harvested for my rhinoplasty - autologous rib cartilage. At consultation, It was conveyed to me he preferred silicon implants; complete opposite to what I desire. I will not recommend this Dr given my very poor patient experience. I also brought a credit card claim against the clinic to recover my £150 consultation fees as I did not receive what I paid for and what was advertised. A terrible waste of my time and whole day. Truly poor experience and hugely disappointing for one who came so highly recommended.
