3th Great Experience

This is the 3th time I choose Docter Ak for my surgery. Previously I had 2 BBL’s with him and he gave me also excellent advise with long term results. 1st round is +2 years ago 2nd round 1 year ago. The reason I choose 2 rounds is the look I wanted was not possible in 1 round due to my skin could not expand further. After 1 year I came back and he finished the result I wanted to achieve! I also added some pictures before surgery and after the second round 9 months PO. I am transgender and this time I came for my rhinoplasty and temporal lift to create a more feminine cat eye look. The experience was great again and the doctor always listen to your wishes and give you a honest advice what is possible and what is not. He also explains why something is not possible. For example I said I want a really small nose. He said I will do my best to make it as small as possible but I can’t go too far. He explained when you pass a certain point your nose can collapse in a few years which can lead to breathing problems and weird aesthetic looks etc. This makes you feel that you are in good hands and go for long term results. I also wanted to add a liplift at this surgery and he said no better not. He gave me his opinion and showed me why the results would not come out like I wanted them to come out. My upper lip would look strange compared to my underlip (lipfillers) and due to my skin type oily combination there was a chance the scar would not heal amazing. This is what a good plastic surgeon need to do, say no when it does not make you look aesthetically more pleasing. Instead of choosing for the money he said no and thinks about his patients. This makes him a great plastic surgeon and why I choose him multiple times. Rabia his assistant is also an amazing woman. She makes sure your wellbeing is guaranteed and if you need something she is always available. This time I had an higher CRP (flu and herpes on my lip after 2 days) and my operation was postponed with 1 week. They gave me medication and Rabia arranged everything for me so I could lengthen my stay. This also shows that your health is very important for them. After one week they checked me again and they gave me a GO for surgery. Again I leave Turkey very happy and would choose docter Ak and his team again in the future.
