Amazing surgeon, natural nostrils!

Hi everyone,
I hope this review finds you well, especially in the wake of the recent earthquakes in Turkey. Despite the unfortunate event, I feel it is important to share my experience with my surgeon to express my gratitude. Last month, I underwent a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Mehmet Erdil. I am currently 5 weeks post op. I traveled alone from New Zealand to Turkey for the procedure. Despite being a bit nervous, I had an overall fantastic experience.
Dr. Erdil's assistant, Feyza, was so lovely. She quickly responded to all of my concerns and even visited me at the hospital the day after my surgery to help me with my prescription medication and finding my way back to my hotel. She also kept in touch with me daily to ensure I was okay, which greatly improved my overall experience.
On the day I arrived in Turkey, I had an in-person consultation with Dr. Erdil, even though we had already had a video call beforehand. He was very patient and took the time to fully address everything with me, and I felt confident in his expertise. He and his assistant both speak very good English, and he even provided morphs and took photos to give me a better idea of what to expect. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Erdil was very reassuring and helped ease my nerves. My hospital room was luxurious and even had a safe for my valuables.
One thing to note is that pain relief medication such as heavy opiates may not be available in Turkey. I was given paracetamol and an NSAID while in the hospital, but I understand this is standard practice for surgeons in the country. The first three days post-op were a bit uncomfortable due to swelling and bruising, but I was able to get up and about by day four. I even visited Cappadocia with Dr. Erdil's approval, and it was an amazing experience. On day seven, I had my cast removed, and then I flew back home.
At this point, my nose is still swollen, but I am extremely happy with the results so far. It looks very natural, and I believe it will only improve over time. Lastly, I wanted to mention that Dr. Erdil is an ENT, which was important to me while searching for a surgeon.
