WORTH IT$10,300
Wanted to post a seven month update with photos. I was comparing the photos I took to photos at the five month mark and my nose looks more upturned now (in a very subtle way—I like it!). There’s still swelling at the tip and internally but my breathing has improved. What’s annoying is that I still deal with a lot of snot overnight and during the day which is a pain, but it’s not as bad as before. I use saline spray every day still, but mostly just once in the AM and once before bed.
I’m so happy with my nose. No regrets at all (feel like a broken record saying that so much, but it’s true). I don’t know why my front view photo makes my nose look asymmetrical but I wanted to clarify that it doesn’t look like that normally.
Progress is slowing but there are still minor changes every once in a while. I’ve noticed the slight supratip break is a bit more defined now too, but let me know your thoughts. :)

It’s been almost four months since surgery now and I’m still loving my nose. I do think the tip could be more refined (less wide and bulbous) but that’s my only real complaint from an aesthetic perspective. I am in LOVE with my profile. From the front I know there’s a difference, but it isn’t as noticeable / sometimes I feel the tip could have been lifted a bit more (I think this is just me being hypercritical though).
Functionally, I can breathe much better now than than in my last update. There’s still a lot of internal swelling when I look inside my nose, so when there’s a booger inside it really blocks my breathing until I get it removed. I do use saline solution still, quite often, and it really helps prevent dryness. I wake up congested every morning and I try not to blow my nose, but I usually do at least once a day to help clear the mucus.
Overall, I’m very happy and have absolutely no regrets at all. Attaching some pictures for you all to see :) let me know if you think I have noticeable swelling still (I personally feel like my nose is basically settled now)

You look amazing and your nose is gorgeous!!! I am one month post op and still unevenly swollen. I think your tip is beautiful and hope mine looks as good as yours soon!

Congratulations on such a succesful surgery :) I think your result is absolutely perfect and looks completely natural. Refined and elegant, not over-done. Some rhinoplasties result in a nose that looks ‘fixed’, particularly with a tip that is too tiny. Yours is perfect, I really hope you come to love it.
All the best.

Beautiful results! How is it looking now that you are about 6 months post op? Any breathing issues?

Herr are some new photos. Still loving my nose. There’s still a good amount of swelling from the front but I’m very happy with everything so far.
I caused my septum to bleed a few weeks back by cleaning my nose with a Q-tip a little too aggressively, but I called Dr. Grigoryants’ office and was told I likely hit a blood vessel by mistake. I am still decently congested but breathing varies day to day, especially with all the smoke I’ve been ingesting in California.
Will update again in a few months! :)

Hey! Thanks for posting your journey. Is your breathing better now?

It is better! Still not what it was pre-surgery, but I have noticed I still have internal swelling so that could be it. Def something I'll ask about when I visit the doctor next month

Hey! Did you have a closed or open? Do you know how much the minimum cost of a rhinoplasty is with Dr. Grigoryants? Also how long did you have to wait from your consultation to your surgery? Thanks!

Mine was closed. I think it starts in the low $10k range. And I did an email consult and I think it was less than a month for me (I asked to be put on a waitlist and called the office twice a week to ask if there was movement).
