thick skin Rihnoplasty with Dr. Grigoryants

I have been reviewing dr G for 2 almost 3 years and i wanted to wait until im done with nursing school so be able to do my nose. I have always hated my nose, too wide, too big lol.. i have my aunts nose and now seeing them in their 50s, no way my nose is getting that big lol. I finally Graduated from nursing school 3 days ago and my surgery is in a week... i cant wait im traveling from Arizona... Dad and mom are driving me there. 5.30 min drive ... i added beore pictures

Heading to California today for my preop at 4:30 and surgery is tomorrow. Excited and nervous at the same time. Got few things ready... see you soon.

Met with Dr G during my pre op asked what kind nose i want and i told him and he recommended few things. I later showed him pic of noses i want but they all had thin skin so my nostrils will no way be like them which makes sense. I told him i hate that my nose is wide and i want it narrower. He said he will make the bone narrower and the tip smaller and left my nose little not much from the bottom and make the nostrils little smaller. He talked and laughed a little took some pics of my nose on all sides
