The Right Surgeon for Revision.
The Right Surgeon for Revision.
Before visiting Doctor Paun, I was a little nervous, as the appointment I made was for a revision. As soon as step into his office, I was greeted by a warm response. Which was very refreshing, and he seemed to actually care. Compared to the previous surgeon. When Dr Paun examined my nose, he told me what the problems were, then after he discussed on what further actions to take to correct the asymmetry.
I walked out of Dr Paun's office happy and confident, now knowing that he is the right surgeon to correct the damage from the previous surgeon. After the operation, I was put back into the private room. I looked in the mirror to see two nostrils peeping back at me, I was taking back by that. As one of my nostrils was deviated in a bad way after the first surgery.
Since being at home and recovering, I followed the advice Dr Paun directed me to do, which was to massage the nose, and to also tape the nose to keep the shape in place, as it heals and shrinks. Four months after surgery, I am still seeing the results, as it still continues to shrink down in size. It definitely is the nose I should have had in the first place.
Excellent surgeon, and definitely the guy to go to for a rhinoplasty/ septoplasty. From my experience and from what I have learnt, that there are many different surgeons with different skill sets, thought not all are going to be as highly skilled to do the job correctly. For the second time round, I was lucky I was directed to Dr Paun, I can safely say I have worries about my nose.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Would you be willing to post some before and after photos?
