I had a really deviated septum that needed correcting as well, so my insurance covered some.

This was done by a plastic surgeon not a hack ENT doctor with a made up board certification. #AAFPRS . Great job. I will be reaching out to this guy. Thanks!.
Nose jobs suck

Yep these "facial plastic surgeons" and the AAFPRS are frauds. My nose was straight when I went in for a rhinoplasty with one of these doctors and he wrecked my nose and actually made it collapsed on one side among many other significant deformities. I hear a lot of these surgeons have fellows and students operating on people too without patients knowing.

Dr.Reish does the most natural work I’ve seen on the internet these days. Most of these surgeons now just butcher the lower half of the septum which causes columella retraction and uneven nostrils. His Instagram before and after are amazing. I made huge mistakes not picking the correct surgeon. I can only wish now that I knew about him before.
