I was referred to Dr. George Bitar by a friend of mine that not only had some amazing work done by him, but is also a medical professional herself! From the first phone call the office staff has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, and they are exceptionally nice. My first communication was with Rena. She was thorough, professional, and went through all the possible options and pricing. Rena immediately made me know I was in the right place! At my pre-surgery appointment I met my nurse, Brandy Brogdon, and Dr. George Bitar. Every single aspect of the procedures were discussed. Not only was Brandy professional, but she was more personable and caring than any other nurse I've ever met. Brandy Brogdon not only helped me understand the whole surgery process, she eased my mind, made me feel uniquely special, and gave me the courage and confidence to proceed with this journey. Brandy even sent me a text message the morning of surgery in order to send best wishes. My rhinoplasty and liposuction surgery was performed in July. Even the night of the surgery nurse Brandy Brogdon and Dr. Bitar answered the phone in the middle of the night to assist with a slight emergency. Brandy not only made a point to make me feel comfortable, but she has responded to all my calls and texts almost immediately. I don't know how I would have made it through all of this without her. I can't even begin to express how wonderful the experience has been and how happy I am with the outcome. Dr. George Bitar exemplifies true artistry and skill. His work is unmatched. I finally, at 47 years old, like who I see when I look in the mirror.
