Super Happy with Beautiful Long Term Results

I've been seeing Dr. Ort for the past 4 years for everything from injectables to surgeries, and every time, I leave her office extremely happy with my results. She has a keen and artistic eye for facial harmony and is extremely skilled at both facial surgeries and injections. I've had consults and injections done with other doctors but none compare to Dr. Ort's expertise and skills when it comes to understanding the human face and the art of making minute changes with outstanding results. She's thorough with her recommendations and explanations of different procedures and the effects they'll have, and she's also honest with you regarding expectations and what she believes will suit you best. She takes into account what you want and what your end goal is but she is also very realistic with what is possible, and looks out for your future self. I came in wanting certain procedures that cut away from my face as I thought my face was too big, but ended up learning that my end goal can be achieved with an additive method to make my features more balanced (which is also healthier for my face as it ages!). Many other doctors are not very considerate of a procedure's future consequences such as bone/muscle loss during aging which can impact a procedure's results over time. Dr. Ort is one of the few doctors I've came across who is truly here for her patients and their long term health/satisfaction.

Some of the procedures I've had done by Dr. Ort include neurotoxin injections to my brows/forehead/masseter, fillers injected into my chin/jaw line/nose/forehead, and cosmetic surgeries such as a rhinoplasty, genioplasty, and mandibuloplasty. My intention for cosmetic procedures was never to completely change my face, but rather to enhance and balance certain features. No one can tell I got surgery/injections done (even close friends and other cosmetic doctors) until I point out what's changed with a "before" photo. Even then, the surgery/injections look so natural on my face that it’s as if I’ve always just looked this good. :) Dr. Ort is truly a gem in the cosmetic and reconstruction space - I heard her current wait list is super long but trust me, it’s so worth it! I don’t think you can find a better doctor out there who can bring out the natural beauty in their patients like this.
