Wanted to share my pics 7 months post op!! So happy with the results! The swelling has gone down quite a bit and I know it will only get better! Dr. Portuese said it can take a full year before the final result. I’m so happy with how it is coming along so far.

Post op update
I am almost 3 months post op and I am thrilled with the results. Dr. Portuese did an amazing job. I’ve posted a few pics below and I know it will continue to get better. The process was not that bad and overall I had to take about a week off from work. Thanks again Dr. P!

I want to see him, but almost feel to scared, how did you overcome the what if's to go through with this? Looks so good by the way!
Hi. I was really scared too and that’s why it took me so long. I knew a couple girls that went to him and theirs came out great. Also, I communicated my wants and made sure the Dr. and I were on the same page before I moved forward. I felt 100% comfortable with him as well. Hope that helps. If I were you, I’d schedule a consult and see what he says! Good luck
thanks for replying. Knowing other women that had great results with him would be a tremendous help in my bravery. Just reading bad reviews and the fear of nasal collapse or bumps/bone spurs and or loss of breathing capacity is getting inside my head. Ugh. It would be so delightful to have a fabulous result like you! you look beautiful!

Wish I Done It Sooner
I have wanted to have my nose done for about 10 years but I was really scared. My nose wasn't terrible before but it was crooked and had a small bump along with a slightly hanging columella. I had 4 consults prior to seeing Dr. Portuese and as soon as I sat in his chair, I didn't even have to tell him what I wanted. I am only 8 days post-op but I LOVE my nose. My face finally looks the way I had wanted it to look for so long. I am so happy I took this leap of faith and wish I would've done it sooner. I know it will only get better from here. Thank you so much Dr.P!!!
