Best possible nose for you! 7 months post life changing revision rhinoplasty

WORTH IT
I have finally stopped obsessively observing my nose. Anyone who has experienced a bad primary rhinoplasty knows what I mean. This is what you can expect from Dr. Robotti: not a (standardized) beautiful nose, but the best possible nose for you.
I underwent a primary rhinoplasty with another surgeon in January 2021, which resulted in an excessively small nose with various asymmetries. I have been lucky enough to find Dr. Robotti and to have the courage to undergo secondary surgery with him in September 2022. Trust is probably the hardest part to rebuild, but with Dr. Robotti and his team I have simply felt safe the very first moment.
Skills and experience are clearly essential, but kindness and care for the patient should not be underestimated. I had previous consultations with other surgeons, but none of them gave me more than an hour to discuss every single detail, expectation, option, worry and doubt about my case. I have been shown – through pictures and videos of similar cases – what the issues with my nose were and how they would be solved. An informed patient is in my opinion crucial since it switches her or his mindset from passively undergoing surgery to being an active part of the process.
6 months post-op my nose is obviously still healing, but I could tell the result was astonishing immediately after cast-off. As opposed to my primary surgery, I am experiencing an improvement process where my nose only gets better and better. And – as I wrote in the beginning – it has finally stopped being a problem.
You might have to wait a while for your appointment, but it is absolutely worth it.
Thank you Dr. Robotti for making me feel myself!
