He’s Rude, and Will Give Your Nose an Extreme Slope

WORTH IT
I got my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Grigoryants a few years ago. Pro you want a small nose he will give you that but just know it will look like who ville nose from Dr. seus due to the slope you will have for many years. Everywhere I go I’m easily spotted for a having a nose job. I also have a line in the middle of my nostril that you can’t see if I have on make up. His bedside manner is nonexistent, he pretty much ask if you want to do a prayer or not. Then he leaves. During consultation, he was rushing and didn’t like any of the wish photos I shown him he said “they all need rhino”. Long story short I’m able to breathe, I do prefer my new nose over my original nose. But is it perfect no, but it’s not botched either. I will add photos soon

My first clue was "Didn't like any of the wish photos I shown him he said “they all need rhino”" this tells me that you wanted an extremely natural barely there rhinoplasty, and picked pictures that I probably would agree with the doctor "they all need their noses done". You chose the wrong doctor for what you wanted. All doctors have their own style. All you have to do is look at the Dr.'s before and after's to see that ALL of his rhinoplasties have slopes! Again, all doctors have their own style. Look for a doctor that has after's that most resemble what you have in mind.
Regardless of what you request at your pre-op, 99% of the time, you will get the only nose shape that he is capable of (upturned MJ nose with alar base reduction, sloped extremely wide bridge, pinched tip, empty nose syndrome and breathing problems).
The minute you heard "they all need rhino" as the response to your "wish pics" you should have left the office. That would have told me that he wasn't going to do what I wanted at all. Common sense.
Wow reading all the negative reviews on this doctor is scary. Hopefully you won't need a revision.
Sadly most of his patients eve up needing multiple revisions.
So sorry. Yes he rushes through everything; the pre-op consultation, the surgery and at the post-op appointment. It’s all about quantity and not quality with this surgeon. Revenue is a high priority to him, not interested in his patients at all.
I had my primary with him 12 years ago. I am still botched. For 4 years he blamed my camera fish eye lens for making my nose look botched, pinched, upturned who-ville nose, with saddle nose, crooked nostrils, empty nose syndrome, breathing problems, nose bleeds and a deformed slope - all of which I
never had before my surgery with him. After my surgery with him I have been left registered disabled due to my ability to now require to have a breathing device attached to me for 18-20 hours a day. I cannot leave my home because the respiratory machine is huge and requires power to operate. 12 years of hell
