Left with an upturned pig nose and drastically uneven nostrils
ORIGINAL POST
Botched my Nose Severely
Please Please Please do NOT use this doctor for rhinoplasty. I have been left severely deformed. The worst part is I let him take a few attempts to fix it over a few years and its just worst. After the first procedure it was so bad I had to go back in before my 3 month mark. I looked like a monster. The procedure I asked for at my initial consult was nothing like what I ended up with. Keeping my nose on the natural side was important to me and I'm now left with an upturned pig nose, with drastically uneven nostrils. With a big curve pointing to the left. Like why would you not tell your client if something is beyond your expertise instead of butchering them. I didn't know any better at the tine and I was told by another surgeon that it would be easier to let dr shah fix it because he knows what was done originally. I wish I never listened to that advice because I let dr shah try to fix his mistakes with a total of 3 surgeries in 3 years. Yall I look so bad. I literally go to work and then home. I hate even going in to grocery stores. Thank god when covid started I could actually go places I hadn't been in 3 years since before surgery since I could hide my nose with the masks, Im probably the only person who hated when the mask mandate was lifted. I moved out of state so I didn't run into friends and even some family. He ruined my life and he doesn't even know it. I've been trying to find surgeons but some have told me they can't creat a new nostril for the one that's almost non existent. Like too much damage has been done, the best they can do is make it look a little better.

I'm so sorry you have suffered. Check out my profile, I have a similar case from the same surgeon from a closed rhinoplasty performed almost a decade ago. You are not alone. You can see my pictures on the profile. I've had two additional surgeries since then and it's been hard emotionally, physically, financially. I still have alar notching from this first surgery. I wish you the best and hope you find peace and healing...

I think it would be very helpful to discuss this in person. It would be rare to not be able to make the changes you would ike to see.
