RHINOPLASTY OF MY DREAMS

If I could give a million stars I would. I rarely write reviews but I truly believe that Dr. Burak deserves an honourable thank you. Upon doing countless thorough research on surgeons across Canada, USA and Europe for 2 years, I never felt fully satisfied with what I read and saw. My whole life I was certain that I wanted a rhinoplasty, not for anyone else but for me. For reference I had an ethnic nose (a hump). All noses are beautiful but I personally felt as though mine could’ve been more enhanced to accentuate the rest of my features; I wanted a nose that did not droop with a cute slope. I’ve always had the mindset that if you think getting something done will make you even a little bit happier or more confident then why not.

I came across Dr. Burak’s page on instagram one day randomly when I thought I had given up on wanting a rhinoplasty for a while. And I can’t even explain it but I was like yup he’s the one. I tried to stray away from surgeons who I thought performed the same nose for everyone because quite honestly it felt too artificial looking for my liking. I contacted his clinic and booked a consultation immediately. Two weeks later I travelled from Canada to Istanbul for my consultation where I had prepared a huge list of questions. Dr. Burak addressed every single question and concern realistically and honestly, I was not given false hope. He made me feel comfortable and reassured me at all times. Upon my consultation, he pointed out that I had a deviated septum (which made sense because I used to have trouble breathing). Therefore, my surgery was going to be a rhinoplasty in combination with a septoplasty to correct the deviated septum.

Fast forward to post-op. The process was so organized and smooth, I would do it all over again (not that I need to haha). The support and care that I received from Dr. Burak and his team notably Ferve and Zafer (the driver) was unreal. Each person that was involved was so sweet. I did not feel any pain at all during recovery, if anything it felt slightly uncomfortable for only a few days! It has now been 5 months post-op and I cannot believe that my nose looks this amazing already - even tho I am still healing. Everyone heals differently and at a different pace, so be patient! My breathing is better than ever and I always find myself staring at my side profile in awe. My friends and family are shocked with the results and as for everyone else, they cant even tell that I had a nose job, it’s so natural yet perfect for me.

Furthermore, Dr. Burak and his team have consistently stayed responsive regarding any questions that I have had along the way. If you want a rhinoplasty and came across this review, this is your sign to book that consultation. I 100% recommend, and I am so happy and grateful that I trusted my gut to go with Dr. Burak. His clinic is sooo nice and feels like home as soon as you walk in. His other services are also incredible too; fillers/botox and other cosmetic procedures, trust me :)

I would also like to mention that Dr. Burak is not only professional and intelligent but very very humble and genuine as well. One thing that stuck with me is that he only performs two surgeries a day. In comparison, other surgeons most likely perform at least 4-5 a day. It’s clearly not about the money for him. As someone who is graduating from neuroscience and pursuing a career in the medical field, it is extremely inspiring and especially evident that Dr. Burak is not only passionate about his work but his patients as well.
