Septorhinoplasty for deviated septum & minor bump shaved down

I want to firstly start off by saying that Dr. Andrew Miller is an extremely skilled surgeon. He can look at your face and tell what would look best for you straight away. I will say, many people have said this, and its true - he's a man of few words. Don’t expect him to reassure you and make you feel warm and fuzzy inside, which personally to me I don’t mind. If you don’t ask, he likely wont over explain, so come prepared with all the questions!

I'm about 8 weeks post-op and he did an AMAZING job. I've had 0 complications, and my nose keeps looking better and better everyday. Do extensive research so you know what to expect, especially when it comes to swelling as its def a long process.

He does have a natural approach, so I wouldn’t seek him out if you want a very small button nose look. I had a septorhinoplasty to fix my deviated septum, had my minor bump shaved down and my nose deprojected. My breathing is also great - cannot complain at all! I swelled up a lot and had some bruising for the first 2 weeks, but its been totally fine after that.

Overall, process was smooth & he suggests multiple check ups to ensure everything is going good with healing, etc.
