Regret doing surgery

He basically deformed my nose , he said I would not see any changes to the front of my nose and it is literally the complete opposite
I should sue this guy for malpractice
It’s like he had no idea what I looked like prior to surgery. Most ppl complain about little imperfection, this is just a massacre what he did to my nose

Update 6mo post surgery
My nose looks awful. I have 2 large bumps on both sides of the tip of my nose along with the middle part between my nostrils (columella) is both incredibly swollen and cooked
I started seeing the bumps around month 4 but he said it was just swelling and to keep doing soft massages. At month 6 I started noticing the swelling going down everywhere on my nose but those bumps were getting larger along with my columella. He told me I was having some sort of acne reaction and was not part of the surgery. He told me to get treatment from the dermatologist at the same clinic. I listened to him and he put me on generic Accutane saying I had a form of rhymophyma developing and this would help. While my overall skin looks better with this medication, it has done nothing for the bumps on my nose and the swelling between my nostrils, which is the only reason I started that treatment. I’m on month 4 of 5 using the medication and will prob stop it because it’s not helping
I have been getting consultations from other surgeons and the consistent answers is that he botched the surgery by making the cartilage he inserted in the top of my nose too wide and it probably has shifted causing all the swelling
I wish I had never done the surgery because I look worse now. He told me prior to surgery I would only notice a difference from my profile as he was just going to extend my nose a bit to lift it and help me with my breathing. The results are the complete opposite
I am really, really disappointed with my results and prob wouldn’t do a revision if it were free because I don’t have confidence in his craftsmanship

Ear stitches
About a week after surgery here are my stitches. It’s bigger than I thought it would be but no one knows it’s even there so all good
I’ll post a current pic of the scar next. My ear does hurt a little bit in the cold weather right now but I think that’s normal for a surgery so recent

Oh i see, thank you for adding pictures! Do you know why the doctor removed cartilage to add to your nose? Does he do that with all patients? Because my nose tip is pretty flat and i think i'll need the same thing! Thank you!
Yes, 2 doctors told me the same thing about the cartilage. One said it may come from my rib. (Obv I didn’t choose him). It helps raise and hold up the tip
The tip of my nose is still ready swollen so I I’m in this awkward stage of recovery but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Be mentally prepared for the same thing. It’ll be worth it though long term
