I originally had a closed rhinoplasty in 2014 by a surgeon in Columbus Ohio which left me with a ruined nose. It's asymmetric, wide, left nostril is notched up and my entire nose tip is twisted.
I recently had an appointment with Dr Harmych and the experience so far has been great. He told me what issues he saw with my nose and how he could fix it. His bedside manner is great and he has answered all of my questions so far.
On the whole this process is stressful because it's especially difficult to find a good rhinoplasty surgeon in Ohio.
I am scheduled for surgery dec 11th, and am hoping for the best.

Dr Harmych is a great surgeon. He improved my nose and now I am happy with it.

So it is about 8 weeks post op revision rhinoplasty and I am so happy with my results. I wish I would have come here for my primary rhinoplasty and gotten wonderful results from the beginning (my primary rhinoplasty was done in Columbus by a different doctor). You live and learn I guess.
My nose is still swelling a little in the tip which is normal and expected, but the incision look great and my nose looks great.

Yes your nose does look great! Gorgeous to be more accurate.. it brings out them colored eyes of yours! And unfortunately we can’t predict what results our surgeon can really provide for us, all we can do is try to pick the right one and hope for the best. I wish rhinoplasty had guarantees but ya that’ll be the day. Im still on my journey for a “3rd revision” at 30 years old and two tip operations by the same surgeon. Now looking for a different one. But ya consider yourself blessed, i know i would! I love knowing some people are able to get it right the second if not the first time around. I cannot hope enough that my 3rd will be the one which provides me with the result that i dream of. Just wanted to put in my 2 cents here for whatever its worth ☺️

Did he fix the asymmetrical nostrils ? My doctor keeps saying it’s swelling however no improvement. I’m so upset
