I felt like I needed to right this post because there are many iffy reviews about Dr. Grigoryants and I just wanted to share my experience. I flew from out of state to California because I knew I could trust him to do my nose. I was told by many surgeons because of my thick skin there would be limitations to how small my nose would be. I knew going into it I wouldn’t get the perfect nose and I am blown away by the results and I am almost 3 months post op. He’s quick with consultation, but he can look at your face and already know the changes that needs to be done.
I also want to say that you will HATE your nose at first. I look nothing like I did the first couple of weeks and I still have so much swelling. Be prepared for this because it’s a long, uncomfortable road but the results will be worth it!
If there’s any questions I’d be happy to answer them :)

(Requested) Wouldn’t say the nostrils are perfectly symmetrical but I’m happy with it! I will say it’s been 3 and half months and I still tape my nose, this helps a lot with swelling. I stopped for a couple of days hoping to be done with it but it started to swell up again, hoping by 6 months it will resolve a bit.

If you skip a day or 2 of taping how bad is the swelling? When did you stop and the re-start?

It’s worse on the tip, it becomes bulbous. It’s not terrible, most people wouldn’t notice but I do. I usually wear it at night because it’s mostly when you lay down! I stopped at the 4 month mark but started to just tape at night and prob will for a another month. The tip won’t be healed for a long time regardless, it just helps

Sorry 3 1/2 month mark I stopped and quickly started just at night a few days later

Wow, I’m realllllly starting to see major results between month 4 through 5. The front view is starting to lose a lot of swelling (not looking as wide) and the tip is finally coming down a bit. I see the pressure of the swelling going to the bottom of my tip now because of the tape. I feel like still taping at night helps with the swelling overnight but I feel like this is completely optional and I’m sure other people don’t tape this long. Really happy so far and I can’t wait for it to get completely healed!

You look amazing! so happy for you :) How long did it take you to book your surgery date after your consultation? I have heard you have to book it 6 months in advance but I would like to have it done within the next month. I am also out of the area.

Thank you! I’m not too sure tbh :/ if you contact him about having it asap he can put you on the wait list or even call his office. I’ve heard that people cancel and they will call you right away! (I only officially scheduled my surgery about a month before)
