Is this a “typical” botched nose job

Please can someone tell me if my problems are “typical” of botched surgery? I fear it’s too complicated to totally fix. My nose is deteriorating by the month recently, I don’t know why considering I had my surgery over 8 years ago!!

When will it end?
I dread looking in the mirror each morning as I can’t bear the progression of my nose. It’s constantly getting worse & I dread to think how bad it will eventually get. I just pray I find a way to have a revision with a good dr. I’m terrified to let anyone else touch me in case they make it worse.

I have exactly the same nose job result since past 10 years and it has ruined my life to the point i stopped taking pictures, i stopped socialising and meeting friends and relatives.. i am always aware of my distorted nose. I am not able to trust any surgeon now!

Same! I avoid photos, dread family events, don’t go out with friends anymore. I’m terrified to try & fix this with a revision in case it ends up even worse. So sorry you’re in the same boat :(

Would osteotemies alone solve this problem?
I’m not looking for a “perfect nose” just a smoother, narrowed bridge. I saw another surgeon that said he couldn’t help as the grafts already (apparently) in my nose would need removing in order to fix my problems & that I’d need to see a reconstructive surgeon.
I apparently have grafts on either side of the septum-my septum shows as a sharp line up the centre of my nose.
I have no records of what my original surgeon did & he avoided questions whenever I asked him at the time. I never got any bruising so I don’t believe he broke my nose to close the open roof, although after my cast was removed I had tiny cuts either side of my bridge. Micro
The right side of my nose is worse than the left, it clearly needs the bone “pushing in” to close the big gap there. I can’t bear to look in the mirror.

Look in google: open roof and inverted v deformation.
it could be fixed.
