I had a rhinoplasty several years ago & it’s ruined my confidence. My surgeon told me my concerns were just me “seeking perfection” but as you can see from my photos, my nose is now collapsing. I have severe breathing problems through right nostril, can’t sleep on my left side as the right nostril becomes totally blocked due to cartilage collapse. I have a visible septum up the middle of my nose, open roof, large dent on one side & inverted v deformity. I’m more self conscious now than I was before. I don’t know who to turn to. Can my gp help? I can’t afford revision surgery.

sadly this guy who ruined his nose works in ENT chester hospital ,I hope GP will not send devastated85 to Tahery

This is exactly why I don’t feel I can trust another dr, especially an nhs one! Tahery shouldn’t be allowed to operate on anyone, he used my photos at transform to show before & after a to potential new patients-that’s how good it looked at first! Little do they know all the problems were hidden by swelling at that point & he’s a cowboy of a surgeon who dupes patients into trusting him, just like he did me!

No. My solicitor discovered Tahery was performing without insurance so can’t be pursued for compensation & transform went bankrupt & are under new management now, (they’re now called “transforming lives” therefore all patients wanting refunds from transform can’t ever get them as the company technically no longer exists! Very sneaky move by them!

Hi, no I haven’t had a revision yet as I am currently pregnant. Trying to focus on the positives in my life not obsess over my nose bu it’s hard. It’s all I think about when I’m talking to people & all I see when I look in the mirror. I’m praying to afford a revision with sultan Hassan next year x

I have such a lumpy, dented, uneven nose following botched surgery 8 years ago. I’m not sure I dare trust anyone else to try & fix it plus I’m scared of looking even worse! I spoke to a non surgical rhinoplasty dr & she said due to the location of the dents in my nose, filler would be “high risk” for blindness. How could I possibly ever risk that? I’m at a total loss over what to do. I can’t bear this!

Sorry to hear about your story. You have an open roof with alar collapse. Seek opinions from credible ENT surgeons who can carry out reconstruction.

Do you think it’s something the nhs would help with as I have breathing issues? The surgeon who did my original was apparently an ent surgeon & he botched loads of people. I don’t know who I can trust!!!

my daughter nose was ruined by this" doctor"
sultan hassan fix it ,she has beautiful nose now ,i dont think so NHS would do it for you

The indent on my bridge seems to appear more sunken when I’m dehydrated or tired. When I have a cold, it’s less dented, I guess due to swelling inside the nose. As the years go by it’s getting worse & what started as a small dent on the top of the bridge is now a shadow that runs down the entire wide of my nose.
The worst part is, it’s starting to happen on the other side!!

like I said before my daughter had nose ruined by Tahery, we went to few surgeons for consultation(included ion)and we decided go ahead with Sultan Hassan,result is wonderful she is more than happy it was worth pay more to be in safety hands
