Completely ruined my face. I am so unhappy every single day.
I went in for a consultation and explained exactly what I wanted, I didn’t want the shape of my nose to be changed much - I just wanted the tip refined and pointy and my nose straightened on the bridge a slight bit. He showed me some images of previous rhinoplasties he’s done and a few had an upturned tip. I told him this is exactly what I do NOT want for my tip. He drew up a photoshopped image of my nose and I also sent him some references. I was happy with the photoshop image he did and proceeded with the surgery.
My nose looks nothing like the photoshop image and my tip is completely upturned and over rotated. I have a huge visible scar at my septum too.
I look like a pig from the front.
I expressed these specific concerns to him before surgery that I did not want my nose to be upturned at all.
I called in to his office and was hysterical many days after my surgery and the receptionist was so rude to me almost every time. I told her and him my concerns and they told me to wait so I did. When I complained my concerns were dismissed and he would get irritated with me and cut me off in the middle of my sentences.
When I sent him an email a few months later I was asked why I didn’t tell him earlier.
I cannot believe this is now my reality.
