No pain at all, haven’t even taken my pain meds the past day or so. Bruising and swelling mostly gone. Am concerned about my tip being too high. Any feedback is appreciated. Cast comes off tomorrow...

I had wanted rhinoplasty for a good six years prior to getting it. I looked for an ENT doctor and facial-only plastic surgeon to do my Rhinoplasty; and Dr. Mathison delivered. He was very confident in answering the questions I had prior to surgery. I followed my after-care guidelines to a “T” and I got the near- perfect nose that I wanted. Dr. Mathison stuck with the integrity of my natural nose, but completely straightened out my awful crooked bridge and slight dorsal hump. He raised the tip as well, just as I asked; but not too “plastic-y” looking. It’s been five days since I got my cast off and I love my nose more each day. Also, a plus to breathe better, of course. I recommend Dr. Mathison for surgery; as I believe he is confident in what he’s doing and will give you the nose that is most suitable for your face and looks the most natural!

It's hard to tell with all the bandages on, but it could definitely be an illusion. Mine looked higher with the bandage too, plus with all the swelling you're prolly having on the in-between-nostrils area it could literally look like anything at this stage. You're so lucky that you're having no pain! I was absolutely miserable lol
I think it's gonna look really cute! I looked again and I think the between-nostrils area looks swollen, making it look lower, which in contrast makes your tip look even higher. I think when it all chills out it will look more the way you envisioned. It looks great now but it will look less extreme later too

Pre-Op photos

My motivation is to have a more dainty feminine nose. I have struggled with the shape of my nose for a few years now. My surgery is tomorrow with Dr. Madison.

Rhino/Septo & Turbinate reduction

Always struggled with my longer looking nose. Wanting more self confidence in my nose. Have wanted surgery for about five years. Two days before surgery pictures included. Surgery with Dr. Matheson in Knoxville, TN.
