Rhino with Lucian Ion

So the other day I was taking off my turtle neck top and I SLIGHTLY put pressure on my nose and developed a huge bump on it. The bump is now gone however i can still feel it. It made me realise how WEAK my nose is now, even though it has been over a year. I can tell that its still not that strong and I hope it gets stronger over time.
The dents and bumps on my nose have not healed and are infact getting worse, especially on the left side on my nose. i have a bump on the bridge of my nose, towards the tip so it looks really bad.
Also my breathing is no longer fine! I breathe very heavily and its as if something is in my nose all the time.
Please guys be careful when you get ur rhino :(.

It has been well over a year for my surgery. Currently I dislike my results. My nose is uneven from the left side. It has a few bumps that are pretty visible under the light. The tip of my nose is also weirdly uneven, i cant describe it properly but it sinks in from the middle. I did ask for like a rounded tip but this is not what i wanted. The bridge of my nose is long and skinny. I hate it.
The only good thing about my nose is that it looks natural, not a single person can guess that I have had a nose job. That might be because my results showed very little change and my nose is still so huge lol. I definitely wanted more of a change in terms of my side profile. The only thing that was changed was my dorsal hump removed.
I definitely will be having a revision. i still do not know if i can trust Ion with it as I was not that impressed with him when i went for my final checkup, he did not really acknowledge his mistake or my issues properly so i will have my eyes open for other surgeons at the same time.

11 months post rhino with Ion and I'm not that happy with my results. I've been Looking at recent reviews online and found that many people feel the same way about their results recently so I'm really shocked.
Meeting with him soon to discuss my results at 12 months post opp appointment but I'm unsure if I can trust him with a revision so I'm looking at alternatives aswell (mainly in Turkey).
Details:
After 4 consultations and intensive research I decided to go with Ion for my primary rhinoplasty. I had consultations with Other surgeons as-well. Julian da Silva is quite popular online and had many good reviews however I got creepy/weird vibes from him at the consultation. Also I was abit suspicious about his reviews so I didn't want to go through with him.
I also had consultations with surgeons from MYA and Harley medical group but they were a complete waste of time. The surgeons literally told me to bring a photo of what nose I like and they'll give me! There was no analysis on my nose or anything so I stayed away.
Then finally I had a consultation with Ion. During the consultation he was so polite, his bedside manner was perfect. He told me what he can't/can do and asked me what I wanted and did some morphs for me. So I ended up choosing him for my surgery! . I had a big nose with a hump so I wanted that shaved off and my tip slightly refined, however I did not want a dramatic change and he himself told me that a dramatic change would not be good for my face anyways (cuz my face is pretty big lol)
Anyways Upto my surgery everything was really goood! My recovery was easy and I had minimal pain. In fact I loved my nose until 3/4 months post opp. However as the swelling went down, more and more dents and bumps started to show. Also The nose just kept on shrinking and getting smaller and smaller from the front view. Currently, I hate my nose. I don't know exactly what is wrong with it and I can breathe perfectly fine however the nose is too small for my face (in a very weird way cuz it's still long if that makes sense). My nose is now so skinny that even my 10 year old sister pointed it out. I'm seeing him this month so I will discuss my concerns with him as he already offered me a revision for the dent on my nose (msg for more detail) I just don't understand because I used all my savings , overdraft for this and I'm left unsatisfied. He is supposed to be the best and I did so much research! And he was so nice so Maybe I had high expectations . I mean he has not botched me that much and I can breathe which is good but I am disappointed and confused. No one has told me that my nose looks nice or suits my face and everyday it is getting worse and it is becoming shorter and skinnier. My pictures come out horrible under certain lights and some of the bone is visible under flash.

I'm giving Lucian a 2 start rating mainly because atm I hate my results. Despite this I must add that him and his team were incredibly nice to me. My whole experience during and after the surgery was great but my results are horrible.
Honestly sometimes I think why did I do this but then I just remind myself of how much I hated my nose before the surgery aswell.
Anyways I'm currently looking into getting a revision . I don't know if it will be with him or other surgeons from Turkey. If anyone has any suggestions for good revision surgeons who provide natural results or has any experience with ION plz share with me as it will be so helpful . if anyone wants to ask me any questions or needs any help feel free to bother me because I know how difficult this whole experience can be.
