Rhinoplasty and Revision Rhinoplast

First, I’d like to talk about Dr. Altman himself and his staff. He was a very sweet doctor and very easy to talk to. He never made me feel uncomfortable or had that creepy doctor vibe. Talking to him was like talking to a friend. Karina was my coordinator she was super sweet - booking was a bit of a process but this is a very busy institute. (I heard lots of high profile clients come here)
I had my first rhinoplasty about 3 years ago to remove my dorsal hump. I told him what I wanted and then I went into surgery. The pain was very minimal like almost painless didn’t need my pain pills after day two. Unfortunately I wasn’t too happy with my results over the course of weeks. I still had a slight bump and curvature to my nose but decided to wait a year and a half to go ahead with revision. This time around Dr. Altman gave me exactly what I wanted! His results are VERY natural. For me I was looking for a more pinched and kind of worked on appearance but he has a more natural approach. None the less he did an amazing job. I do wish my nose was a bit thinner but that’s fine! Even though I did come from out of state I would like to go back to him for my breast aug next! Thanks you guys!!!
