Regretted - high and hard silicone implant

I regretted my rhinoplasty with Dr Suh, he gave me a high and hard silicone implant that started between my eyebrows, there was no radix which makes me look like an avatar character.. it was truly uncomfortable for me causing my pain and headaches because of how unnaturally high it is. Every revision doctor I consulted also told me that my implant is too high. Besides this, I also had an alarplasty which I later found to be unnecessary, now my nostrils are visible, small and have scars whilst previously, my nostrils was totally normal. I figured out that it was a way for them to make more money so my suggestion is if you want to do alarplasty, assess after the rhinoplasty. Overall, he did not gave me the nose I was looking for, in fact it is the nose that I told him I do not want. The clinic and him did not gave any advise or asked me any follow up questions during consultation so I say do your homework on all details before you go in. Still, I am not sure if Dr Suh will follow through. There were a lot of red flags that I missed (including the fact that my face to face time with him in total was less than 20 mins) so I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.
