Thumbs Up - the bruises are gone, just a little swell

I consulted dr suh 4 times in total. He is patient and able to tell me what I want to know. I was very worried about the after care for nose and also the result as I worried it will look fake. He assured me that it will be natural looking and he will do his best which was comforting. After the surgery I had some bruising and swelling. Tina my consultant said I could come daily to use their...

The Top Rhinoplasty Specialist in Korea - had very little swelling and almost no bruising

Perfect experience from start to finish. I am Korean American and travelled to Seoul for rhinoplasty. I visited 5-7 different clinics and surgeons (ID Hospital, View Clinic, DA Clinic, Face Plus Clinic). All of the surgeon consultations I had felt rushed. NOne of the surgeons I met with were specialized in only nose rhinoplasty, they also did breast, face, and body augmentation. Dr. Suh is...

Satisfied with the results - my breasts have settled in nicely

I am a 37-year-old mother of three who underwent an augmentation mammoplasty, fat transfer, and lower blepharoplasty in November 2022. Despite the challenges posed by travel bans and restrictions, I was able to coordinate my surgery plans with JW Plastic Surgery, the clinic where I had the procedures. I had done my research beforehand and was impressed by the clinic's reputation for achieving...

He made me look like much younger in a natural way

I had very satisfactory results from Dr. Kang and very good overall experience in JW. Dr. Kang who is an anti-aging expert, is very skillful, credible, understanding, sincere, and trusted surgeon. Just as a background, I live in the U.S., and had two ptosis surgeries last year from a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles, which resulted in unsatisfactory results. Since then, I have been looking for...

Full face lift & lower eye procedure - can’t even see where I was sutured

I was treated like a queen from the moment I booked the appointment. If you are not a native Korean speaker, they have a medical interpreter that will be with you every step of the way. I have to tell you that you can’t even see where I was cut or sutured. I had a full face lift with lower eye from Dr. Kang. I cannot recommend them enough, they are all master experts.

Q: Will 520cc high profile implants look fake/too big on my 5'2, 135lb frame? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. SeulDecember 13, 2023

A: When sagging breasts are enlarged with implants without lifting, there is a high possibility that the breast shape will not be good after surgery (Snoopy nose deformity or waterfall deformity) if a moderate profile is used. Rather, using a high profile is advantageous in improving deflection. However, 520cc is expected to be too large and unnatural, and around 300cc seems to be appropriate. If you do periareolar mastopexy, the sagging breasts will be properly corrected and the shape will be better, but if you do lifting like this, the shape will be fine even if you use moderate projection.

Q: 110-112 lbs, 5’5”, I thought maybe 200 something ccs? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. SeulDecember 13, 2023

A: Given your conditions, I recommend considering implants in the range of 300cc to 330cc for a result that aligns well with the desired photos. However, it's important to note that an accurate examination and specific consultation are necessary to predict the most suitable implant size for you. This personalized approach ensures the best possible outcome based on your unique factors and preferences. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out for a detailed consultation.

Q: Guidance on breast implant choices: fluffy, natural look for 5'5, 55kg frame? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. SeulDecember 13, 2023

A: As a breast augmentation specialist, I recommend a moderate profile for you to achieve a natural look. High-profile implants in the 260-300cc range may result in a smaller diameter relative to your chest width, potentially creating a wider space between the breasts. Despite your wish pictures, a more natural outcome tailored to your unique conditions is possible. Clear communication is essential to ensure a personalized and satisfying result. If you have any specific concerns or questions, feel free to discuss them further.

Q: Do I have open roof deformity after revision rhinoplasty? (photos)
Answered by Dr. SuhDecember 12, 2023

A: It appears that you indeed have an open roof deformity and supratip cartilage bulging. The open roof deformity, characterized by a bony gap and flat dorsum, can be effectively addressed through osteotomy. Additionally, the supratip bulging deformity observed from a side view can be corrected to enhance overall aesthetics. This can be achieved through a procedure known as supratip septal lowering. Understanding these specific deformities allows for targeted corrective measures, ensuring a comprehensive approach to achieve both functional and aesthetic improvements. If you have any further questions or if there's anything specific you'd like to discuss, feel free to share, and I'll provide additional information

Q: Cartilage outside of the nose - can this be fixed? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. SuhDecember 12, 2023

A: Looking at your picture and explanation I can see that the cartilage in your right nostril has a collapsed caudal margin, and there's uncertainty about whether it might collapse further over time. If it does, it could lead to external valve collapse, causing breathing difficulties and aesthetic concerns. The good news is that a cartilage suspension graft is a viable option for fixation. If you have any questions or need further information, feel free to ask.
