WORTH IT
Here is my before and after side by side. Before surgery, my nose had a droopy tip, and bump it it and was actually wonky enough Dr Kim asked me if I had broken it at somepoint. During the surgery, the droopy part was removed and cartilage from my ear and septum were used to create a new shape for my tip. I had bone work done on the sides of my nose to slim and straighten the line, and had my bridge raised. The bump on the top of my nose was shaved down to give me a nice straight line

Rhinoplasty recovery review: 23yr old competition winner gets nose of her dreams!
Hi. I am 24 days into my recovery process and I am already in love with my new nose. I had my surgery through ID Hospital with Dr Il Hwan Kim.
I barely get any pain or discomfort anymore and all my nose bleeds have stopped. I still have some stitches in the tip of my nose, but they will come out in their own time and i can barely feel them anymore. I know there is still some swelling to go down but i STILL LOVE IT SO MUCH. My noseline is straight, my scarring is basically invisible and everyday brings more definition to my bridge. When it is cold out, I get aching pain along my septum and in the tip of my nose, and just being outside causes my nose to run continuously but it is easy to cope with.

I'm 10 days removed from surgery, alreadynlove the shape, currently still rinsing my nose, and also wearing the special tape. How long did swelling take for you to go down?
I still have a lot of swelling in my nose, especially in the tip and along the side of my nose as this is where i had the most work done. My doctor says it will take 3-6 months to see the complete result, but my friends who have already had Rhinoplasty are saying im healing really quickly. But most swelling i had around my eyes and cheeks went down after about 2 weeks. My bruising stayed longer but faded out quite quickly at the end
I was gonna say your skin complexion as a whole is amaxing and clear, I'm still a bit bruised under my eyes and my cheeks as swollen my nose is def swollen all over
I found the bruising took the longest to go down and the minor swelling will take a while to go down. ID Hospital did swelling care for me an week after surgery and suggested I use their de-swelling sheet mask we a
