Breathing completely normally for the first time in my life

I am a 22 year old female who went into for a rhinoplasty/septoplasty. I had a wonderful experience from start with the receptionists helping me book a consultation all the way through till the end with my final healing process. Consultation process was extremely helpful and comforting. Rosa who worked with me on the financials was supportive, understanding and made me comfortable with the entire process. The surgery performed was to straighten my septum, reduce my turbinates and shave the bump on my nose bone down. On surgery day the nurses, Dr. Antell and the anesthesiologist explained how everything was going to go step by step throughout the whole period I would be in the building as well as answered and reassured me on any questions I had. The surgery itself was quick (just a little over an hour I believe) and Nurse Nancy was thoughtful throughout the whole transition period of waking up and getting me ready to leave. A receptionist helped walk me out to the car to make sure I safely left the premises. Nurse Nancy called me a few hours after my surgery and even my father to check in on me, further, called to check in on me everyday afterward for 5 days to make sure I was doing alright. The staff always made it clear that they were available for anything I may need at any point before and after while in the recovery period. The recovery period was painless and quick (personal pain reference of a 2/10 for about a week). The big reveal of my nose left me being able to breathe completely normal for the first time in my life and the removal of the bump was a slight but noticeable change that really brought the symmetry together. I will never be able to thank Dr. Antell enough for helping me breathe normally. I am so pleased and amazed with the work that has been done. I am a previous patient of Dr. Antell as well as a couple of my family members. Roughly 19 years ago I had a birthmark a little larger than a quarter removed from my forehead. All this time later, the scar has healed wonderfully- it is almost unnoticeable. The scar color blends in with my fair complexion and is completely flat in line with the rest of my skin, no raised areas whatsoever. To this day, people I have known for years never notice the scar unless it is pointed out to them. The work I have had done to my face as well as all of the staff have completely exceeded my expectations. I seriously cannot recommend Dr. Antell enough. Extremely elated.
