Wow! No words for the care I have received from Mr Hamadeh and his team from the first point of contact until now. From the first consultation I was certain Mr Hamadeh was the surgeon for me and I cannot recommend him enough for anyone looking to put their trust in a surgeon! Mr Hamadeh’s bedside manner and people skills are just as spectacular as his craft, he makes you feel comfortable from the first point of contact, ensures you are aware of every detail related to surgery this including the risks, process to end results and realistic expectations, he listens to your preferences and works with you to create your desired outcome. Elizabeth and Kelly have been my safety blankets through the entire process and I cannot thank them each enough, they are both available at any point you need them and will get back to you within minutes, they are so patient with you especially when you have 101 questions (like me) and will give you ample amounts of support throughout. Kelly is with you during surgery to help relax you, prepare and help you recover, providing you with information, support and regular phone calls to check you are recovering well. I am so pleased with the support I have received from the entire team. After recently having my cast removed and experiencing the big reveal I can honestly say, my life has been changed, I could not be happier with my results and am looking forward to seeing the final results in the next year. I am sure the next few months of recovery and aftercare appointments with Mr Hamadeh and is team will be just as organised as the rest of the experience.
