Beware - unauthorized use of images on social media

Motykie lied about the procedures performed and shared unauthorized pictures and medical information on social media. Motykie breached his duty of care to me as a patient. He failed to maintain the confidentiality of patient information and violated the trust and privacy expected in the doctor-patient relationship by sharing images of me without my consent. Beyond that by falsely claiming additional surgeries were performed that never occurred and using my images in correlation to those claims Motykie is misleading the public and damaged my reputation. Posting false claims and unauthorized images and medical information on social media is a violation of professional ethics. Doctors are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty in their interactions with patients, by violating my privacy, misrepresenting my case and breaching my trust as well as the publics through false claims Motykie failed to uphold these ethical standards. Sharing my images without consent, including misleading and false context, caused me significant harm, emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, loss of privacy, damage to my personal and professional relationships, and psychological trauma.
